Beth Kingsley Hawkins, M.A., MT-BC, is a board-certified music therapist and Fellow of the Association for Music and Imagery. As a therapist, she specializes in the use of classical music to support an unfolding and an embracing of the deep well of life-giving images within us. Beth finds that photographic images of nature can be an experience of ‘visual music’ which, like classical music, can also connect us to our own inner imagery. Experienced as creative metaphors, images can be a source of spiritual nurturance, enabling a more creative and joy-filled life. Beth’s fine art photography reflects her pursuit of such images. Beth is a Charter Member of NANPA, the North American Nature Photography Association. Her work is shown at her Sedona Hummingbird Gallery in Sedona, Arizona, the Village Gallery of Local Artists, and the Sedona Arts Center. |
